RV Parking Requests
If you need or want to park a trailer, RV, camper, etc. either in your driveway or on the street in front of your home for more than emergency or immediate loading or unloading purposes only (per section 10.4 of the HOA covenants) -- please send a request in writing, by email, or by fax (see the Contact Us page)
to the HOA board to request approval for a 24-hour parking period. After this period, the trailer, RV, camper, etc. will need to be moved out of the neighborhood. Consecutive 24-hour periods for parking are not allowed.
Include the following items in your request:
- Location (i.e. driveway, street, etc.)
- Vehicle Type (RV, trailer, camper, etc.)
- Date(s) requested (can't be consecutive)
This information will be shared only with the covenant administrator to ensure that you do not receive a fine letter during an inspection.
Preferrably requests are received at least 5 days in advance of the date(s) requested -- this is not a hard requirement, just a courtsey to allow the HOA board time to approve and notify the covenant administrator.
