HOA Budget

Details regarding the HOA's approved budget was mailed to all home owners late November 2007. The letter and budget breakdown are available below and explain the expenses as well as reasons for increased dues.

Notice: with the HOA's move away from PCMS previously arranged auto-deductions to pay for HOA dues have been terminated. We're working out arrangements with our bank to re-establish similar arrangements and expect to have the appropriate forms as soon as possilbe. Unfortunately, we recently learned that our new bank does not do "auto-deductions". Sorry for any inconvenience this change is causing. You may want to research your own bank to determine if they do recurring auto-payments. Regarless, we'll let you know what we come up with in the near future.
