What happened to PCMS?
On January 1st, 2008 the HOA terminated its contract with PCMS. Our move to be a more independently managed HOA was based on several factors one of which involved a cost savings. We apologize for any inconvenience this change is causing...in the long run we believe it's for the best.
What about the auto payments that were arranged w/ PCMS?
Previously arranged auto-deductions to pay for HOA dues have been terminated. We're working out arrangements with our bank to re-establish similar arrangements and expect to have the appropriate forms in the next month.

This isn't realy an NGH poliy, it's a CO Springs ordinance. See the ordinance here. For additional info about snow and conditions see the Colorado Springs' What to know for snow website. To report an issue or request snow plowing of blocked roads call Colorado Springs' Snow line at 719-457-7669...starting Nov 2007 you'll have to leave a message.
