Design Guidelines

The Northgate Highlands Design Guidelines are an important part of maintaining our communty's asthetics and our property values. Please be sure to read and follow these guidelines for all your exterior projects. Design Advisory Committee (DAC) Requests are submitted using the DAC Request form below..

This includes, but is not limited to:

landscaping
fences
decks
gazebos
hot tubs
sheds
lighting
painting

Here is how it works:

Step 1:
Read the Design Guidelines
Step 2:
Submit your DAC Request.
Be sure to talk with your neighbors about your plans and get their signatures acknowledging they have seen your plans.
Approvals generally take about two weeks but may take longer.
Step 3:
After receiving approval from the DAC, you may begin work.
Step 4:
A DAC Committee member will follow up to ensure the work was done per the plans and the Design Guidelines.
