Reminder to Secure Homes and Vehicles
Posted on Jan 24th, 2012 Comments (0)
This is a friendly reminder to always remember to secure your homes and vehicles, close garage doors, use exterior and interior lighting, set alarm systems, and be on the lookout for suspicious behavior. By doing this you will help keep our neighborhood safe! Any suspicious behavior should be reported immediately to the Colorado Springs Police Deparrment (CSPD) at 719-444-7000.

Neighborhood Watch and Calls for Service
Interested in starting a Neighborhood watch program? See the Colorado Springs Police Deparment website for more information. In addition, the CSPD has a map showing the calls for service received. Type in our zip code to zoom into our area.

Home Improvements
Be sure you fill out a DAC request form before starting any work on improvments to the outside of your home (i.e. landscaping changes, decks, patio covers, fences, sheds, painting, roofs, etc.). Go to the DAC page for access to the form and the design guidelines for the neighborhood. Remember, the DAC must approve your project before you can start work on it, otherwise you will be subject to potential fines and the need to re-do the work.
