Welcome
Welcome to the Northgate Highlands community in Colorado Springs. This web site is for the owners and residents, to facilitate communication between each other and our elected HOA representatives. The Board's objective is to continue to improve our community, communication, and common areas of Northgate Highlands.
One significant change is our move to become a more independent HOA without PCMS since January 1st, 2008. See the 2008 Budget letter for additional details. We've also got a new voice mail and mailing address is to the right, labeled "HOA Info". With this change we're instituting new forms as well as increased use of the web site and email for communication. By the way, we highly recommend that you subscribe to the HOA's private email list if you have not already done so.
HOA Meetings
January 7th, 2008 marked our first meeting where the HOA was under self management. A successful meeting, it was held at The Place, which is located nearby at 13990 Gleneagle Dr. The Place is convenient and a good fit in many ways; location, services, meeting amenities, and availability.
The NGH HOA Annual Meeting was February 19th and again on the 20th since we didn't have quorum. Board member elections resulted in the re-election of Greg Sears, Angela Dougan, Carri Bell, and Mark Freeman; each for 2 years. In addition, Gary Erickson, Northgate developer, spent some time discussing future efforts for the area and the use of dues collected by Wasson Properties. For more, check out the info on the HOA Meetings page.
Subscribe to the Email List
Sign up to receive neighborhood information via email. This is a private email list, check out the HOA's Privacy Policy. All names and addresses are verified to be current owners or residents. You will only receive updates from the HOA Board and can unsubscribe at any time. We highly recommend that all members and residents sign up.
