HOA board member position

There is currently an opening for the Northgate Highlands HOA "board member at large" position. The board will be appointing to fill that position. If you would like to volunteer and are interested, please contact any member of the HOA board by July 31, 2010.
The person apointed would serve out the remainder of the vacated term of this position (2010-2012)

Landscaping Reminder

Any landscaping or other work that involves removal of HOA maintained fencing or traversal of HOA common areas or property with machinery or vehicles is strictly prohibited without prior approval. Any questions, please contact the HOA directly.

Do your neighbors know about our new HOA website? Have they registered yet? Help get the word out and encourage them to get on and register so they can receive HOA communication and updates in their email.

Yard of the Month
 It is that time of year again! The wonderfully warm weather brings cheery flowers, blossoming trees and lush, green lawns. It also brings our yard of the month contest for June, July and August. Each month we will be placing a yard sign and handing out a gift certificate to the winner. Good luck and happy gardening! You can nominate your neighbor's yard by going to the Awards page.
Good Neighbor Award
 Do you have a special neighbor that always goes out of their way to help you? Do you know someone that cleans up the common areas and helps keep our neighborhood looking great?
